Mentor Training

In the past, Graduate Studies hosted a highly acclaimed mentor training, the Graduate Mentoring Initiative, which is currently paused as we reassess how to sustainably deliver faculty mentor training.

In the interim, faculty are encouraged to seek out mentor development resources through the UC Davis institutional membership in NCFDD. Along with numerous resources for faculty development, the NCFDD offers a course titled Becoming an Effective Mentor.
