Step 2: Use this form to submit a complete draft cover letter.

Step 3: Use the same form to submit a brief reflection on how you changed your cover letter after viewing the video.

• Please reflect on how your cover letter changed, after having completed the video, focusing on one or two concrete things.
• How did you tailor your cover letter? What will you change based on different positions you might apply for?
• Reflection and metacognition are important elements of your career development. There is no length requirement, although we do not recommend going over about 1 page.
