To earn Microbadge: Individual Development Planning:
Step 1: Complete a skills, interests, and values assessment at either ImaginePhD.com or myidp.sciencecareers.org.
Step 2: For ImaginePhD, use this form to submit your top 5 skills, top 5 interests, and top 5 values (viewable under "Profile and Results"). For myidp, screenshot the summary tabs of your skills, interests, and values assessments and submit using this form.
Step 3: Use the same form to submit 5 goals from the "My Plan" tool in ImaginePhD or the "Create Plan" tool from myidp.
While our staff will review submissions for completeness, we will not automatically respond with individual feedback. Please allow 2-3 business days for badges to be issued- you will automatically receive an email from badgr to claim your badge when it is ready. Please direct any questions to gpi@ucdavis.edu.
