This module will introduce students to setting up a citation manager, importing references into the manager using the web browser extension, and importing citations into a word document using the word add-in. Note that there are several citation managers available (view comparison of citation managers), however, Sciwheel (formerly F1000), is the software supported by the UC Davis Library and all UC Davis Students are eligible for a free account. If you are already proficient in another citation management software, then you may jump ahead to (4.) and complete the assessment using any citation manager.
- Set up your Sciwheel account.
