There are three steps to earn the Microbadge: Understanding and Recognizing Conflict

1. Complete Defining Conflict and the associated evaluation.

2. Complete Understanding Conflict Escalation and the associated evaluation.

3. Complete Navigating Conflict with Ombuds Office Services and the associated evaluation.

You do not need to complete the entire module at once- you may pause and return in between videos and evaluation submissions.
